Beautiful hand crafted ceramic piece by Carola Gansslen whose design reminds us very much of the type of gifts that friends and family would bring back from Europe in the day of translantic oceanliners and steamer trunks. Her rich colors and vivid designs provide an impression of the beauty of traditional European ceramics.
Carola was born in Geislingen Germany and trained as a ceramist at the Professional School for Ceramic Design from 1982 to 1985. She is currently working on a Masters degree and is raising three children!
